Refund Policy

Return Period

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. At the end of the return form, you will be asked to pay for your return label, which covers shipping to our warehouse, restocking fees, and costs related to restoring the product to its original condition.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please visit our Return and Exchange Portal page.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return information along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. Returns will be processed within France.

Please note: Only returns validated by our email support team are accepted. Returns requested through our AI chatbot or via direct email without using the return form will be refused.


Return Process

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Lost Packages and Reshipment Policy

If a package is lost but a reshipment is offered, no refund will be issued. This especially applies if the loss results from customer negligence (e.g., repeated absence without rescheduling delivery).

A reshipment offered at no additional cost is considered a goodwill gesture and replaces any refund rights. If the customer refuses the reshipment and requests a refund, the refund will be denied if the delivery error was caused by the customer (such as incorrect address or failure to receive the package).


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, we will process and ship your new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your package.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
